NRB completes integration of the Trasys Group and sets up EEIG “Trasys International”
Brussels, Herstal, the XXth of January 2017 – The integration of the Trasys Group into the NRB Group is accomplished and juridically concluded since the 1st of January 2017. And the NRB Group created the “European Economic Interest Grouping” “Trasys International”.
In October 2015, the NRB Group acquired all shares of the Trasys Group. Over the past year, steps were taken to ensure the integration of Trasys within NRB, in terms of organisational structure and people as well as in terms of portfolio of solutions and services. This integration has been successfully achieved.
As of the 1st of January 2017 the companies Trasys S.A. as well as Trasys Group S.A. and Trasys Technology S.A. have been fused into and absorbed by NRB S.A.
Trasys Luxembourg PSF remains unchanged and becomes a subsidiary of NRB S.A.
The activities of the Trasys Group with regard to the European and International Organisations are incorporated within a “European Economic Interest Grouping”, branded “Trasys International”.
Trasys International, as part of the NRB Group, clusters all competences and expertise with regard to the set up and management of partnerships and consortia for delivering specialised ICT services to the International Public Organisations and Corporations. It is managed by the same team as within the former Trasys organisation.

Trasys International represents about 15% of the turnover of the NRB Group. Its headquarters is based in Brussels, next door to the European Institutions. Its operational offices remain in Hoeilaart. Trasys International is mainly offering services to the European Institutions & Agencies all over Europe, the International Public Organisations such as the UN and the NATO, and finally to International Corporations that have to cope with the impact of (European) regulations on their business.
With total consolidated revenues of over €320 million and more than 2,000 employees, the NRB Group is among the top 3 of the ICT sector in Belgium.
