Trasys International, part of the NRB Group, has been certified according to the ISO 9001: 2015 Standard

The Quality Management System is applicable to: design, analysis, consulting and support of IT projects; design, development, maintenance and hosting of IT solutions; infrastructure management systems, telecommunication networks and mass printing; delivery and configuration of hardware and software. The certificate forms part of the approval identified by certificate number ANTO3172, originally delivered in June 2004. Valid for 3 years, the certificate has been delivered in December 2016 and will expire in 2019.

The audit was performed by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance, the world’s leading, independent provider of professional assurance services including management system certification, validation, verification and training to bespoke and international standards and schemes.

The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) reviews the standards every five years to ensure that they are relevant to the changing market demands. ISO 9001: 2015 is the latest version. Amongst the areas that have been revised particular attention has been paid to the following elements: top management engagement, change and risk management, performance and evaluation management, management reviews and repeat references to the process approach.

“A key element of Trasys International’s management systems is to focus on continual improvement of services and processes. This is an intrinsic part of Trasys International’s way of working and the ISO standards are of key importance to us. Quality of service, continuous service improvement and customer satisfaction are indeed at the core of what we do and why we do it”, explains Didier Debackère, Director of Trasys International.
